Warranty Policy

Regency is so confident in the quality of materials and workmanship invested in each Regency gas or wood fireplace unit we produce, that we offer you the industry’s most comprehensive Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty is only valid if purchased through an authorised retailer and is not transferable. Products purchased through auctions/online auctions/etc. or sold “as is” are not covered by the manufacturer warranty, nor does it cover replacement of missing components from any package purchased “as is”. This warranty does not extend to any damage that occurs in shipment. This warranty is void if the original serial number on the product is altered or removed.
